Memorials/Gifts In Honor of…

Is there someone special you want remembered or honored with your tax-deductible contribution?

The Goldstein Museum of Design welcomes memorial donations and gifts that honor beloved teachers, classmates, colleagues and family members.

Donations of this kind help sustain the Goldstein’s continued ability to fulfill its mission to educate the public about design.

	To make a memorial/honor donation to the Goldstein by mail:
	Print out a U of M Foundation donation form.
	Indicate “Goldstein Museum of Design” in “College, Department or Program of your Choice”
	Write “Memorial” or “In Honor of” and the name of the individual in the second “College, Department or Program of your Choice” line, with an address of the person we can notify of your gift.
	To make a memorial/in honor of donation to the Goldstein Museum online, go to the University of Minnesota Foundation and:
	In Step 1, click on “New Gift” for a one-time payment, “New Pledge” to set up a payment plan.
	In Step 2, Be sure it says, " I would like to support: Goldstein Museum of Design."
	Select “Goldstein Museum” in the pull down menu for specific program or area.
	The site will prompt you for the information for your memorial or honored gift when you click the box indicating your intent.
	Follow all other instructions from the Foundation to complete your donation
